Development Manager As Development Manager, Mr. Giallonardo is responsible for site selection for D’Argent’s retail clients in the Gulf States. Tom holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas. He was awarded numerous scholarships while attending UNT including: the ICSC John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship; the North Texas CCIM Education Foundation Scholarship; and the Apartment Association of Tarrant County (AATC)/Jonetta Vise Scholarship. Mr. Giallonardo is a member of the University of North Texas Real Estate Alumni Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
