Based in Louisiana, we specialize in single-tenant freestanding buildings, retail strip centers, offices, and warehouses.  Our primary area of concentration includes both the retail and energy (gas and oil) industries. To date, we have developed and constructed over 80 projects in 8 states.

D'Argent Companies has affiliated companies in both development (D'Argent Development) and construction (D'Argent Construction).  This makes D’Argent uniquely able to provide a comprehensive turnkey solution for our clients.  We offer services that span the entire project lifecycle from site selection, due diligence and site acquisition to development, construction, leasing and sales.
